We're pleased to let you know that version 0.2 of jme3-taskloader has been released. This new release features a small set of changes but they are crucial in their own ways.
- LoadingManager and LoadingTask have been turned into generic classes which will now allow you to get your implemenation of Application passed around without the need for casting.
- If an exception occurs the LoadingManager will now call application.handleError() instead of application.stop(). This allows you to decide what to do should an exception get raised while executing a LoadTask.
- LoadingManager will now count tasks loaded in order to determine if all tasks have been executed. This is far more reliable than checking the calculated float value.
- More logging has been added both at DEBUG and TRACE level.
You should consider updating to this version as soon as possible.
